These Terms of Use govern your use of the Masal Ninniler mobile application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

The app is licensed, not sold, to you. You are granted a non-transferable license to use the application on Apple devices that you own or control.

Masal Ninniler provides offline audio content including bedtime stories and lullabies for children.

The app may offer premium content through auto-renewable subscriptions.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions via your Apple account settings.

All payments are processed securely by Apple. We do not collect or store any payment information.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the application.

This agreement is between you and the application provider, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content.

The developer is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the application. Apple has no obligation to provide support.
